DStevens is seeking a motivated Senior Carpentry Apprentice to join our experienced team in Gisborne and gain hands-on experience building award-winning projects.

About the Role
As a Senior Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on exciting new builds and renovations while developing your skills alongside our skilled builders. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the construction of new buildings and renovations, from foundations to finishing.
Using hand tools, power tools, and high-performance machinery.
Collaborating on demolition, concrete work, timber framing, and detailed finishing tasks.
Handling and organising materials on-site to ensure smooth workflows.
We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, proactive, and eager to learn from the best while contributing to outstanding projects.

Approximately 3/4 of your carpentry apprenticeship completed, with an up-to-date and signed-off work record.
Confidence with tools and machinery (training provided as needed).
